Living in Stavanger, Norway, together with three lovely girls, educated "Sivilingeniør" from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH now NTNU), Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Division for Hydro- and Gasdynamics, within the area of Process Engineering; fluid dynamics, multiphase flow, mathematical modelling and numerical computation, and related areas such as programming, dataprocessing and general use of numerical tools, working experience from the oil industry in Norway, in the areas of Project Completion Systems (PCS), Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Quality Assurance/Control, System analysis/design, Documentation For Operations (DFO), Life Cycle Information (LCI), Plant Information Management, use and development of computerised systems and tools (Oracle, Access, Visual Basic, SQL), Data Systems for validation/control, conversion and clean-up of Technical Information for the Offshore Industry, department management and finally process engineering. Member of The Norwegian Society of Chartered Engineers.

Volleyball was something I played 100 years ago but this is basically limited now to participate in different comitees arranging different tournaments e.g. NM19 2003, NM17 2004 - the most fun one being Vestcup. All part of my origin as member of YMCA Stavanger volleyball during the period 1981 - 1988 ; several periods as member of the executive committee.

Genalogy. General interest for history and people, and it is especially interesting to dig into the unknown elements of the people of the past. The satisfaction of getting there is probably the driving force. Computing is not a bad thing either.

Web is something I also enjoy in every way. Specially to see nice work done by others but also make my own contribution to the net in different ways. This site has been online since 1997 in different forms, formats and adresses, and I have also made some sites for others both organisations, companies and helping out friends/private persons to present themselves on the net.
