Gratiflower - gratinated cauliflower and broccoli

The following gratinated cauliflower and broccoli is not the best one but it was worth trying.

Ingridients

2 cauliflowers
1 broccoli
300 gram mayonnaise
2 eggs
bacon eller ham

Boil water and put cauliflower and broccoli in. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes.

Cut bacon/ham into small pieces. Fry bacon / ham until it gets a nice tan colour.

Have the mayonnaise and egg yolk into a bowl. Whip the albumen stiff. Mix all together.

Lay cauliflower and broccoli into a ovenpan, put bacn/ham on top and pour the mayonnaise/egg mixture on top. Finish with a little white cheese. You may also add e.g. tomatoes.

Gratinate 8-10 minutes in the oven at 275 degrees celsius. Serve warm directly.

2 blomkål
1 broccoli
300 gram majones (2 pakker)
2 egg
bacon eller skinke

Kok opp vann og ha blomkål og broccoli i. La det koke i 5-10 minutter.

Del opp bacon/skinke i småbiter. Stek det lett i stekepannen til det får en fin brunfarge.

Bland majones og eggeplommene i en bolle. Eggehvitene piskes stive. Bland alt sammen.

Legg blomkål og broccoli i en ildfast form, legg bacon/skinke over og hell majones/egg blandingen på toppen. Avslutt med å strø litt revet hvitost. Du kan også legge oppå f.eks. tomater.

Grantiner 8-10 minutter i ovnen på 275 grader celsius. Server varm direkte.
